
When you need to leave from home and must start your life all over again, there are plenty of things to do and to consider. You need money for living, where to find a job? What kind of job? Used you husband earn the money before? Or used he take care of the children and household while you were working? How to write a CV (Curriculum Vitae) or a job application?
Nowadays it's not uncommon for women to hold full-time jobs. Still there's a lot of chores to do in addition to working, like domestic upkeep, and if you have children, looking after them. Without full-time domestic help there's a lot of to do.
If you have children and they are big enough you can communicate with them about household and domestic chores. Everybody participates, at least you could make small deals with them, for example to keep their room clean.
Even though household and domestic chores are important and must be done, remember that higher priority should be the area of the children's well-being and study supervision and your own prosperity.
Make a schedule
You should create a realistic weekly schedule for yourself. Include work, household and domestic chores and freetime in the schedule. Remember refreshing sports too!
If you have very busy schedule, maybe you could hire a part-time external help to assist in the cleaning and cooking. If you have children, you could hire a nanny for them. Even though you have a busy schedule, remember to spend quality time with your family and friends!
These days it's not unusual to work long hours. Discuss with your boss about your working schedule and if you want, your situation.
As a workingwoman, if you haven't worked for a long time, you may have to develope your skills and this means studying after working hours. Studying takes time, but with a good schedule and open mind you can do it!
