I am 25yrs. old. I have 2 daughters (5 & 2). My 5 year old told a CPS worker that her real father put his fingers in her but (when she was 3). I did everything I had to do to try to protect her. I took her to every exam everything that DSS wanted me to do. Her firsts exam they found that her rectum dilated but they said that was not enought to say she was abused. Second exam they took her underwear and they found semen, blood and saliva. they said the blood and saliva was my daughters but they could not test the semen because there was not enought.

I went to court to get cusidy of my child and they took her away from me and now the man she said did this has cusidy of her I am not aloud to see or talk to her because the judge thinks I made her say this because I was abused as a child. And they think I put the semen in her underwear or it was passed throw the wash.

I need help getting my daughter back. I dont have alot of money and my parents have given me all they can for an attorney to save her. I feel she is in danger in that house .
